Our client is seeking an attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join their Corporate group in Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate will have a substantial corporate transactional background, including experience in venture capital, M&A, and private equity transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate documentation, managing transactions, and assisting clients with general corporate matters. This role offers the opportunity to play a major part in M&A and venture capital transactions within the technology and life sciences sectors, interfacing directly with clients and opposing counsel. Strong academic credentials, exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Candidates must be comfortable leading deal teams, value teamwork and collaboration, and handle significant individual responsibilities.
