Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their US banking and loan finance team, part of a leading global finance practice with a presence in key financial hubs worldwide. The team represents lenders, private equity sponsors, and companies in syndicated and direct lending transactions, including acquisition finance and asset-based lending. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in debt financing transactions, strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction, and a commitment to contributing to a collegial culture.
