Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional franchise experience. The location is flexible, with a preference for Denver, and the possibility of remote or flexible work arrangements. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, national franchise practice that values long-term collegiality. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn and grow in serving the franchise community, with familiarity with franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, and other franchise compliance documents. Experience with state franchise registrations, responding to comment letters, preparing default and termination notices, and advising clients on regulatory, relationship, and compliance matters is required. Additional experience with mergers and acquisitions in the franchise space, international franchise licensing transactions, and dispute resolution is a plus.
