Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm ranked among the top 50, is seeking a mid-to-senior level attorney to join their nationally acclaimed healthcare team. The position can be based in various locations including New York, Washington, D.C., Century City, Chicago, Dallas, Del Mar, San Diego, San Francisco, Orange County, Houston, or Silicon Valley. The successful candidate will work closely with the national head of the healthcare group and a team of attorneys, providing critical guidance to some of the most dynamic and innovative healthcare clients in the country. The role primarily focuses on strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity acquisition transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, and joint venture transactions. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with corporate and organizational workflow, including formations, capital raises, operational strategy, contract negotiations, and other day-to-day corporate matters.
