Our client, a global law firm with a strategic focus and momentum, is seeking a lawyer with 5-7 years of experience to join their Corporate, M&A and securities practice team in their Houston office. The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience at a law firm with securities offerings and 34 act filings, excellent academic credentials, strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills, and should be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
