Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized as a leader in the derivatives practice, is seeking a Derivatives Associate with three to six years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with derivatives regulation (i.e., the CEA and CFTC and SRO rules) and derivatives enforcement and investigations, involving swap dealers, futures commission merchants, commodity pool operators, and commodity trading advisors. The candidate should possess strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and firm attorneys.
