Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in New York, is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their Derivatives practice. The role involves advising on a variety of matters across all asset classes and product types, supporting various groups within the firm including energy, infrastructure, fintech, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in both transactional and regulatory aspects of derivatives, skilled in drafting and negotiating a range of documentation such as ISDA Master Agreements and Futures Agreements. Experience with corporate equity derivatives is considered a plus. Applicants must be proactive, keen on client development, and eager to expand their expertise in derivatives-related areas.
