Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Emerging Company and Venture Capital Associate Attorney, to be based in San Francisco or San Diego, with potential for other locations. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 6 years of significant experience in emerging companies and venture capital work, including start-ups, emerging growth companies, seed and venture capital financings, and public offerings. A minimum of ten venture financings using NVCA documents is required, along with some experience in domestic M&A transactions for startup companies and investors. The candidate should be proactive, have a strong business sense, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service. Experience in technology, life sciences, and/or CPG businesses is preferred. Bar Admission in California is required.
