Description
Our client is seeking attorneys with exceptional credentials to join their Employee Benefits practice group in either Houston or Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience with ERISA and employee benefits, including qualified plans, multiemployer pension plans, health and welfare plans, and ACA compliance. Experience in M&A and/or restructuring within the employee benefits practice area is preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in related fields such as tax or labor/benefits advising, consulting, or accounting are also encouraged to apply.
