Description
Our client seeks an associate to join their Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group, which is highly ranked by Chambers. This role can be based in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Washington, D.C. The group advises on a wide range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefit programs, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, incentive plans, severance pay plans, ERISA fiduciary issues, and benefits aspects of M&A transactions. Clients include publicly traded corporations, privately owned companies, financial institutions, and various tax-exempt organizations. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in employee benefits, with proven skills in analyzing and drafting health and welfare and qualified plan issues.
