Our client, a prestigious law firm known for its bold, exceptional, collaborative, and supportive culture, is seeking a non-partnership track Senior Attorney with at least 8 years of experience in labor and employment law. This role is based in their Los Angeles office and requires a deep understanding of state and federal employment laws, including wage and hour laws, the California Labor Code, and discrimination laws. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation, transactional work, and providing advice and counsel. Responsibilities include managing litigation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and handling cases related to various employment issues such as wage disputes, harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. Additionally, the Senior Attorney will support transactional groups in complex deals and provide day-to-day legal advice to a diverse client base.
