Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an associate for their Labor & Employment Department based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of relevant experience and must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD). They should be licensed to practice law in the State of California and have experience in defending class and PAGA litigation matters. The role requires strong research and writing skills, experience in drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery, and experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations. Trial experience is a plus but not required. This job operates in a clerical, office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.
