Our client, a global full-service law firm, is seeking a senior-level associate to join their Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance team based in Chicago. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience, particularly in the renewable energy industry, and must be admitted in good standing with the state bar. The role involves representing clients in a variety of transactions regarding the development, acquisition, and financing of renewable energy projects. Key areas of expertise should include commercial lending, debt or equity project financing, leasing, tax credits, and due diligence for complex transactions. The candidate will also handle project development, construction, and operations contracts. Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school are required.
