Description
Our client, a market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice, is seeking an attorney with four to eight years of experience in energy projects work relating to renewables and energy storage. The ideal candidate will have specific focus on energy offtake work including one or more of: renewable energy power purchase agreements (both physical and virtual and both on the buy- and sell-side), corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, renewable energy credit agreements, hedging agreements, resource adequacy sales agreements, ISDAs and EEI agreements. This role is open to any US location and requires membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills.
