Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Attorney to join their ERISA and Executive Compensation Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on ongoing benefits work and benefits issues that arise in the context of M&A and other business transactions, financings, etc. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, ideally encompassing both retirement and welfare benefit plans. While law firm experience is preferred, candidates with accounting or consulting firm experience will also be considered.
