They represent a diverse clientele in a range of sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of substantive law firm experience in one or more of these areas.
