Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level Finance Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have primarily represented sponsors, borrowers, banks, direct lenders, and/or other types of lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions. Specific experience in acquisition finance is preferred, but all types of finance backgrounds will be considered. Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable client relationship skills. This position is based in San Francisco and requires a commitment to the firm's culture and diversity.
