Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join their secured finance group. The group specializes in a variety of sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions. The successful candidate will have 6 to 8 years of substantive law firm experience in one or more of these areas. The firm offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, with substantial opportunities for professional development and advancement. The group is currently in need of additional associate support due to a high volume of work.
