Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 1 year of finance experience to join their Business Finance practice group in a full-time, partnership-track associate position based in Atlanta. The ideal candidate should have experience in various finance transactions, with a focus on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending transactions, and middle market lending transactions. Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is also beneficial. The candidate should possess a strong academic record, exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills, and be a team player. Membership in the Georgia bar is preferred and required within one year of joining. The firm is an equal opportunity employer.
