Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Los Angeles, is seeking a Finance Associate with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and other commercial finance transactions, including both private equity sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash flow credit facilities. Knowledge of capital markets debt transactions, such as 144A bond offerings, is advantageous but not mandatory. Applicants should possess excellent credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
