Description
Our client is actively seeking associates with robust experience in sponsor or lender side finance. The ideal candidate should have a background in representing lenders, such as investment and commercial banks, business development companies, or other debt financing providers, as well as borrowers including private equity sponsors. This role focuses on sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions. Candidates should have relevant experience at a peer firm and must be currently practicing within these specific areas, as the firm is not considering individuals seeking to transition from other practice areas.
