Description
Our client is seeking a junior to midlevel associate (class of 2018 to 2021) to join their Finance practice section in New York. The role involves representing domestic and international parties in various financial transactions, including aircraft finance, project finance, and commercial lending. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with secured, unsecured, and guaranteed financing transactions, experience in closing large-scale financing deals, and proficiency in drafting and negotiating related documentation. A strong academic background, exceptional drafting and negotiating skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
