Description
Our client, a nationally recognized financial institution, is seeking a senior associate with a minimum of five years of experience in asset-based financing transactions, middle market, and larger cash flow. The ideal candidate should preferably have experience representing arrangers, agents, and lenders, and have worked in a large law firm. Excellent academic credentials, communication skills, and leadership abilities are required. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with a team.
