Description
Our client, a leading law firm recognized globally for its expertise in the energy, infrastructure, finance, and technology sectors, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their Financial Restructuring Group. This group handles creditors' and debtors' representations, involving complex Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. The ideal candidate will have experience in case preparation, legal research, drafting court-ready pleadings, briefing, courtroom support, and presentation. They will also be involved in bankruptcy litigation and transactional/restructuring work, such as drafting support agreements, NDAs, and other related documents. A bankruptcy court clerkship is preferred. The candidate must be eligible to practice in New York or Texas.
