Description
Our client is seeking a 2nd to 3rd Year Associate to join its special situations finance practice within the broader Financial Restructuring group in New York. Ideal candidates should have experience with complex finance transactions involving secured and unsecured credit facilities, special situation lending, and debt restructuring, with a high attention to detail. This role offers a collaborative environment, opportunities for increased responsibility, direct client contact, and work with financial institutions and private companies across various industries. Restructuring or special situations financing experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar and have law firm experience.
