Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their esteemed Labor & Employment team in either Los Angeles or San Francisco. This role involves working with a prestigious client base on a variety of employment matters, including EEO counseling, wage and hour litigation, and international employment law issues. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of significant litigation experience, including brief writing, discovery management, and ideally, court appearances and depositions. Experience with wage and hour or employment class action/PAGA matters is preferred. Candidates should have strong research, writing, communication, and organizational skills, and must hold a JD degree with admission in California or be in the process of obtaining it.
