Description
Our client seeks a mid-level associate with four or more years of debt finance experience to join its thriving Financial Services Transaction practice. The ideal candidate will have specific experience representing lenders and borrowers on leveraged finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security agreements, and other primary loan documents. Responsibilities also include managing transaction closings and supervising junior associates and paralegals. Experience with mezzanine finance or other private credit funds is a plus. Applicants should possess excellent analytical and writing skills, a strong understanding of acquisition financing, good judgment, and attention to detail.
