FINANCIAL SERVICES LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2046)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled attorney with experience in complex litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs, preparing for and arguing motions, and managing trial preparations, including outlines and exhibits for direct and cross-examinations. Strategic and analytical thinking, as well as experience in mentoring junior associates and case management, are essential. Law Review experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have a solid academic record and be in good standing with the IL or NY State Bar.
