Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and special situations, litigation, employment and real estate, is seeking a Corporate Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their Fintech & Global Payments practice. The successful candidate may be based in Washington, D.C., New York, Chicago, Atlanta or San Francisco. Familiarity with financial services regulatory issues is required, and experience with federal and state banking regulators is preferred. Related transactional, fintech and digital assets experience is also preferred. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and law firm experience.
