Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm with over 1000 attorneys across the United States and London, is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney for their Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with litigation experience who wish to further their careers within a large, national firm, or those with general litigation experience interested in specializing in insurance litigation. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Texas, and have 2+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience in areas such as Commercial Litigation, Commercial and Products Liability, General Liability, Personal Injury Defense, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Insurance Coverage is required. The role involves independently managing a litigation caseload, representing clients in a wide range of civil defense litigation claims, handling court appearances and depositions, and working closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects.
