Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a General Liability Attorney for their Los Angeles office. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain experience in a rapidly-evolving area of law. The firm is recognized among the top 200 law firms in the United States and has a strong national presence with over 1100 attorneys across 44 offices. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an ABA accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of California, and have at least 1 year of litigation experience. Superior analytical skills, strong written and oral communication abilities, and the capacity to work within a fast-paced team environment are essential. Responsibilities include independently managing a litigation caseload, working closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects, and regularly handling court appearances, written discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
