This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for an attorney eager to gain experience in a dynamic area of law. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and have at least one year of litigation experience. Key skills include superior analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and experience in depositions and law and motion. Responsibilities will involve managing a litigation caseload independently, working on cases from inception to conclusion, collaborating with partners nationally on legal projects, and regularly handling court appearances and written discovery.
