Description
Our client’s Washington, DC office is seeking a junior Global Mobility & Migration associate with one to three years of relevant experience. Qualified candidates should have experience with major employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, adjustment of status, OPT/CPT strategy, I-9 compliance, and mergers & acquisitions immigration compliance.
