Our client is seeking a seasoned Data Privacy Attorney to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. from an accredited law school, be a member in good standing with the state bar, and have over six years of experience in data privacy and protection law. This role requires significant expertise in advising clients on privacy compliance and a strong understanding of data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. Experience in a corporate, law firm, or in-house legal department is preferred, and candidates with a portable book of business are highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
