Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate to join their Commercial Litigation practice group in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, at least two years of experience in commercial litigation, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing case work-up and trial preparation, drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, conducting depositions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and making court appearances. Candidates should demonstrate ambition, drive, and a team-oriented approach to support the national practice. A JD and admission to the Pennsylvania bar are required.
