Our client, a reputable law firm based in Washington, DC, is seeking a government contracts attorney with 3 to 4 years of experience in handling leasing matters with the U.S. General Services Administration. The role involves the competitive procurement phase and post-award lease administration matters. The ideal candidate should have experience working with the lease contracting staff of the Public Buildings Service, including expertise in bid protests, claims, and appeals. Familiarity with agency-wide operations and experience working with personnel in multiple regions would be advantageous. The job requires a District of Columbia Bar License.
