Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join their Government Investigations & White Collar Defense team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and participate in business development, client-facing, and government-facing activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of civil, government investigations, and/or white collar criminal defense experience, ideally with exposure to complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal matters, including SEC enforcement matters, internal investigations, False Claims Act matters, and/or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act defense. Strong research and brief writing skills are required, as well as a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials. Candidates should be admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, California. The firm offers a hybrid work policy with three days a week in-office attendance and two days remote.
