HEALTHCARE FINANCE ASSOCIATE (2404)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of legal experience to join its healthcare finance practice. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in healthcare finance transactions, including asset-based lending (ABL), real estate, and cash flow. A minimum of two years documenting and closing healthcare finance transactions at an AmLaw 200 law firm is required. Candidates should demonstrate close attention to detail, be hardworking, self-starters, and possess strong academic backgrounds with excellent drafting skills. The candidate must reside and be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in a jurisdiction where our client has a U.S. office, with a preference for Nashville, Tennessee, though other locations will be considered.
