Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate with 2 - 4 years of experience to join their litigation practice. This role, based in Philadelphia, will focus on government enforcement and white collar civil and criminal defense in the healthcare and life sciences industries. The ideal candidate should have strong complex civil and/or criminal litigation experience, including experience with healthcare fraud and abuse matters involving the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. District Court clerkship experience is a plus. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Pennsylvania Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
