Our client, a renowned law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking an Insurance Associate for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, specifically in insurance and reinsurance related representation, regulatory and insurance-centric transactional work. Experience in a boutique or national/international insurance firm is highly desirable. The role requires a candidate who can take responsibility, has litigation experience, including taking and defending multiple depositions, and arguing pre-trial and substantive motions in court. Excellent academic credentials, strong organizational and writing skills, demonstrated good judgment, and the ability to work closely and independently with sophisticated clients are essential.
