Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm based in San Francisco, is seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience in analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions, particularly concerning first-party property and general liability issues. Applicants must possess litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills are essential, and admission to the California Bar is mandatory. The role involves interpreting insurance contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims across various U.S. jurisdictions. This position is suited for candidates with a keen interest in insurance law, though talented litigators from other areas are also welcome to apply.
