Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an Insurance M&A Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Insurance Transactions & Products practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. The firm's Insurance practice is highly ranked and provides advice to a broad range of Fortune 500 clients and industry-leading companies on a full spectrum of transactional and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will have extensive interaction with a variety of clients, including financial services companies, especially life and property and casualty insurers and reinsurers. The firm is looking for individuals who are approachable, self-motivated, collaborative, professional, and creative.
