Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an Insurance M&A Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Insurance Transactions & Products practice group. The successful candidate will be based in either New York or Washington, DC, and will have experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. The role involves providing advice to a broad range of Fortune 500 clients and industry-leading companies on transactional and regulatory matters, with extensive interaction with financial services companies, especially life and property and casualty insurers and reinsurers. The firm is looking for individuals with impressive credentials and work experience, who are approachable, self-motivated, collaborative, professional, and creative.
