Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate (5th - 7th year) with a California license for an immediate opening in their Insurance Recovery Group. The successful candidate will represent policyholders in all aspects of the insurance recovery process, including policy analysis, claim presentation advice, and dispute negotiation, mediation, and litigation in both domestic and international lawsuits and arbitrations. Applicants should have experience in complex litigation and/or arbitration, strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with federal and state Court Rules and E-Discovery. Experience representing policyholders in coverage matters, prior judicial clerkships, and insurance knowledge are preferred. The role requires handling multiple cases, serving as the point person on litigation/arbitrations, and having motion practice, deposition, and courtroom experience.
