Our client seeks an Associate to join its Insurance Recovery group within the Commercial Litigation Department in New York. The role involves representing a diverse range of business clients, from emerging companies to multinational Fortune 100 corporations, across various sectors of the global economy. The team provides counsel on business disputes, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, financial services litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and securities litigation. The firm is highly regarded, with recognition from prestigious publications such as Chambers USA, Chambers Global, Legal 500 US, and U.S. News-Best Lawyers.
