Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 1 to 4 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property (IP) practice group. The position is available in their offices located in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC. Ideal candidates will possess experience in litigation, trade secrets, and other soft IP areas. While a bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science is preferred, it is not mandatory. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated research and analysis capabilities, and strong persuasive writing skills. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Bar in Illinois, California, New York, or DC, active and in good standing, are required.
