Description
Our client is seeking an International Arbitration and Litigation Associate for their New York office. The role involves acting on counsel teams in international arbitration matters, enforcement of arbitration agreements, conducting legal research, fact development, drafting correspondence, assisting in cross-examination, and writing articles for business development. The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school, be licensed to practice law in New York, and have 2 years of experience as an attorney performing international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation with an international law firm. Experience in drafting substantive memoranda in public international law and international arbitration, as well as deposition and witness interviews, is also required.
