INTERNATIONAL TRADE ASSOCIATE (0749)

Description

Our client is seeking an associate for their international trade practice group, with a focus on ITC section 337 investigations. The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials, two to five years of section 337 experience and/or international trade experience. Experience in other international trade remedy investigations, such as antidumping, countervailing, safeguards, section 232 national security reviews, and section 301 proceedings, is a plus. An undergraduate technical degree is helpful, but not required, for candidates with relevant experience. The role is based in Washington, DC.
