INTERNATIONAL TRADE ASSOCIATE (0202)

Description

Our client, a reputable legal firm, is seeking an associate to join their international trade practice group, focusing on ITC section 337 investigations. The successful candidate will ideally possess experience in other international trade remedy investigations such as antidumping, countervailing, safeguards, section 232 national security reviews, and section 301 proceedings. Candidates with outstanding academic credentials and two to five years of section 337 and/or international trade experience are preferred. Possession of an undergraduate technical degree can be beneficial but is not a requirement for candidates with relevant experience. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their resume, law school transcript, writing sample, and cover letter.
