Description
Our client is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience to join their International Trade group, focusing on advising clients on trade-related issues within corporate, investment funds, and financial restructuring transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in international trade due diligence and negotiating trade provisions in M&A and finance transactions. Preferred qualifications include expertise in sanctions, export controls, trade remedies, customs, anti-boycott, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering laws. The role requires strong academic credentials, excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills, and a commitment to core values such as future-focus, diversity, excellence, service, and collaboration. The successful candidate will collaborate with a close-knit team and engage with attorneys across international and corporate practices.
